I know this sounds weird but I'll be running game and when I'm doing well at some point I'll receive a compliment be it about whatever I may be wearing or pea-cocking with (goggles in this case) or she'll just say I look cute and I will have nothing to say to that. At this point I'd like to have something better to say than just a "thank you" or a "well you look nice too". If there's an opportunity to neg that's great but I just want some material to work with. |

I normally say something that is a very soft neg or compliment. last night talking to a girl. her : you know you're really hot me : haha, birds of a feather honey It's a compliment for her, but I was also kind of jokingly saying we're both really shallow. |

All I say is "Why thank you very much". I am confident and use to giving them complicates. I merely show confident gratitude as if I get them all the time. Sometimes it is "Thanks your so sweet!", "All your such a sweetheart", "Aww shucks"(jokingly), just something where you accept the compliment with confidence. I don't neg someone for complimenting me. I thank them and make them feel good about it. Sometimes I do joke but most the time I accept the compliment in stride as if I already knew that. |
