When I recently started reading about pua I fixed my avatar and body language Now I'm a wickedly attractive young man I look like a cross between Enrique Iglesias and Brad Pitt. But I have no game. And have no social skills at all, I've been a loner/nerd forever and my posture plus not caring about my appearance held me back. Now I get massive IOI's from many many girls, and they WANT to be opened but I am too scared to do anything. Some of the most beautiful women throw powerful IOIs but even if I did open I have literally zero experience and I'm afraid they'd find out. All women are intimidating let alone the HBs 8 and up that have been giving IOIs I have the human connection I've always wanted in front of me But I'm too scared to take it. It's so frustrating it really hurts. |

easy, if you want to be a PUA worth the stoes in your sack you MUST adhear to the 3 sec. rule... no easy way to get used to AA you just have to muscle through it...it's not an uncommon problem,everyone has had AA in the past. if you see an ioi or a girl you think is cute you have 3 sec. to approach. in the wise words of mystery himself: "It's a choice you have to make, you can deal with the anxiety for 10 minutes or 3 seconds. I'ts like swimming, you can either sit around and be afraid of how cold the water is, or jump right in if you just jump in, sure, its going t be cold. but once you get used to it you will enjoy your swim longer." best of luck, -Lush |

Dear OP, Listen you gotta write down 2 openers plus mid game for ever scenario you find yourself in. For example: Have an opener and mid game for Bar/club, coffee shop/book store, mall, and grocery store. Now the key is to memorize those openers/mid game then before you enter any of those venues, be sure to know which opener you'll use. Now some PUA's will say its not good to use canned openers, I say fuck it! Its a great way to start out and build confidence. You said you're good looking right? Great! Then using your written openers/mid game will work perfect!!!! Its easier to approach HB's if you already know what to say so hopefully it'll cut down on your AA Happy sarging! |

Well its all good now. After looking into pickup for a while and I fixed a lot of my problems. I've been making plenty of friends and met a few girls and was rejected a few times too. BTW good looks don't mean shit Truth is its always been a confidence problem. After a bit of experience. I just had a sudden transformation and am happier now than I've ever been Its not just about women its about fixing the deep emotional problems and insecurities many men have inside. Big thanks to the community as a whole. And also stop trashing MM so much I used it a few times to help rid me of social anxiety,It was a great place to start. But realized it is not MM that is great it is me. It really helped me get out of my shell. Natural game isn't a technique it is a goal |

It's like that with all the pua methods...they give you a start and some tools, till you find out, that you can do just fine without the method. |

So true. It's a great place to start. Another great way is to just drop all your goals at the door and get into sets for the pure joy of conversation. You may even open by saying "hey, I'm not gonna hit on you guys, cause I don't have the balls to, but maybe you guys can give me some advice on how to pick up girls at a place like this?". It's not gonna get you layed, but it's gonna lower their shields and may get you some good conversation. From that, you can take your new-won confidence into a proper sarge next time you go out.
