So after date #4 with this girl, I've been feeling that she's getting bored so I wanted to add some spark. During date #4 she had told me about how she's gotta endure a meeting at work and how corporate is coming to visit, etc. So on the night of the next day I texted her and the conversation went like this: me - sup? how was the meeting? her - boringgg. so much to memorize me - well, maybe it's time to ask that kinda cute asian guy (inside joke. that's what she described me as at an earlier date) to help you study. her - lolll. you spittin game? me - lol nah. i tend to save that for when the time is right. kinda like hittin the nitrous (another inside joke. she's into cars) ---a long pause--- her - lol. riiiight. so now i'm kinda stuck. It's a good thing she took a long pause because now I can take the same break and think of what to say. lol. Any ideas? Feel free to critique my work (or lack thereof). I have nothing to lose. |

Why did you text her? Just for the sake of keeping touch? A friend who got into game before me once told me, "Always leave them wanting more" and that's always stuck with me. In your case a good saying is "familiarity breeds contempt". In the future, don't text without an agenda. Open with a little fluff like you did, but then you should've transitioned to, "So when are you free again?". Your plan to add spark didn't work; wasn't interesting at all. Fix it by taking her somewhere unusual she's probably never gone on a date before. If you haven't kissed by now, then no wonder she's getting bored, things aren't going ANYWHERE. |

Well I did k close and practice kino on all 4 of those dates. I left that out of the original post because I figured it's irrelevant to my question. The reason for texting her was I wanted to keep in touch and do another date close, which I ended up doing. Date #2 was going somewhere she's never gone before and at the end she told me it was fun for her and I got a makeout session out of it. I'm planning to do a repeat of #2 on date #5. Any tips/thoughts would be appreciated. |
