so this girl, we dated (not exclusively on my terms) for two months. two weeks ago i emotionally hurt her, got really mad at her, blah blah, if you think you need the details just ask. so the week following that things sorta sucked, and after that week i broke things off. we've been talking this week in a civil manner. we both admitted to missing each other and she said she wishes the last two weeks never happened. i know this girl likes me a lot. so today, she came over to my house to say hi for about forty minutes or so. we kissed again, and sorta made out. this didnt really satisfy me tho. she seemed SLIGHTLY distant, and she wouldn't go further because she said she's "not ready." truth is, i miss the intimacy we shared and i want it back. my GUESS is that she's acting like this in fear of getting hurt again but i could be wrong. how do i go about restoring that intimacy that we once had? |

first off tell her you're going through things. explain the sitch without telling her sorry. say "shit's messed up, brothers in jail (or w/e). im so stressed." then drop the "but not when you're around, you make me feel like i can open up. alls i gotta do is open up the RIGHT way, not the wrong way" that way u save face & be a man but make her feel special & let her know you guys can work it out. anyone else? dont take it from me, after i make em cry i dont try. this is just one way that could work |

Easy. All she wants is re-assurance. Show her that you got the time for her and she will eventually let her guard down and you will be back in the drivers seat. Just don't expect it to happen within the next day or so, practice patience. |
