| Post subject: | How to be the Alpha Male without seeming Uninterested? |
Hey guys, I have been reading quite a bit about being the alpha male and a lot of it revolves around not really showing that you care about anything, nothing really phases you, just very mellow and cool person in all situations. Now my question is, when you are talking to a girl....atleast for me I like to show excitement and am usually goofy and funny. But in being the Alpha Male, I don't think thats possible. I guess I am wondering how can I be an alpha male (not showing too much emotion, and not making qualifying statements) and still seem interested? Thanks...I am so glad I found this forum!! |

When you feel the need to be goofy and funny, just don't. Just sit there and be boring. I don't want you to be boring, but it's better than being goofy. Hot chicks will put you in the friend zone quicker than butter melts on hot rice. So just don't be goofy. You are essentially saying that you need girls to laugh at you so you feel OK about yourself. Being Alpha takes a long time to aquire. You should physically aquire it by lifting weights 3 times a week. Then people will start to treat you differently. People won't look at you funny like why is he here, and you won't have to make people laugh to hang out with them. I assume this because of my goofy friend. He tries so hard to make Kate laugh, and the first time I met him I was like WTF is he doing here. But he is cool, submissive, and goffy. And he stands no chance in getting with Kate. He unfortunatly has no clue how far down the latter he is. His humor simpily got him invited to Kate's birthday dinner. Then the dumb fuck got so drunk he passed out on the side walk outside, and we had to pay a taxi to take him home. But I digress, Don't be like that dumb fuck. Be cool because you take care of your body like a temple, and you brush your hair and teeth. Then you don't have to try so hard and you can "just be". Your apperance is a statement. Don't be an ideological idiot who says it's what's on the inside that counts. Sure that matters, but why would you wrap something beautiful in shit? Be aesthecially pleasing. Your body is a machine and you should maintain it like a high end sports car. Then people will assume whats underneath the hood is a v12 and they will treat you like that. Then you can learn how to be alpha by the way other people treat you. You are going to have to been shown every step of the way. It's an amazing feeling to be powerful. It comes with a lot of responsibility and it won't happen overnight. It's going to take years of trial and error. |

I think I may have used the wrong word...goofy. I don't so much make a show for everyone...but I am a naturally funny guy. Also, I am a pretty big guy, I've been working out for a while and am pretty jacked (not bragging but trying to give some background about me). So I think I have the physical part down (although I am a bit short). But when I am out with my friends (girls and guys) I like to have a good time and am usually one of the guys cracking jokes and laughing. But I know that it is urged that the alpha male be calm and collected, so can I not still be a fun loving guy and also be a dominant male? |

Hare, if you can make clever observant jests, then go ahead. There's nothing wrong with that and usually that kind of wit easily translates into subtle negs. Just make sure you don't look like you're fighting for attention while doing it. |

I think Tom Cruise is about that height, and so is neil stratus, and that guy from Entourage. I don't know what your problem with your height is, I'm sorry to say I can't relate. But you should look to those successful people before you and model after them. I Think you might be not listening to me because what I say hurts your feelings. |
