Post subject:  Newbie With Massive Oneitis
This is driving me crazy, I've only been practising pickup for about three weeks now, and I've suddenly found that I can talk to any girl I want, and don't get brushed off like I always used to.

There's this one girl I met a week ago, someone who I'd consider a HB8, and she's also a great person. I saw her again at a party last night, and just like when I first met her I was getting loads of IOIs, but I now seem to be totally obsessed with her and can't stop thinking about her.

I need to stop focusing on the one girl, because the reason I've always been so crap with women is due to rejection, and if this ends up not going anywhere then I'm going to be knocked back a mile.

Does anyone have any advice??? Thanks.

Don't sarge her until your game is tight. Game other girls meanwhile.

1) Work Out
2) Get Goals and stick to them
3) Read about women as much as you can and practice out there in the field
4) Figure out your inner game and the real reason you want to prove that you can attract this one girl.
5) Admit that you just want to fuck.
6) Stop being a massive wet pussy.

I know exactly what you need to do. Go out sarging. Get another number or two and the oneitis will disappear

Hey man! I think this solution is fairly easy. And there's really only one solution that I can come up with. How many new girls are you talking to on a weekly or even monthly basis? If it's only a few girls, then that is an area to look at. The world is abundant with women and new networking connections, explore your options with many new women and really evaluate the entire playing field first before you decide to focus your energy on only one girl. A guy who has multiple options isn't highly invested with one girl, or concerned about her too much. And just because you talk to many girls and are exploring your options doesn't mean your a player, you are simply cultivating a mentality of abundance.

Thanks for the advice, I think I know what I got to do, just get back out there and keep sarging. If anyone has anything else to add please feel free.

yeah I don't really have anything new to say, just wanted to express that I agree with most guys on this topic...

Oneitus happens to everyone when you first start gaming. I remember I always ran around going "this girls a 10, that girls a 10" and asking questions like "i know you should sarge for new girls, but how do you get that ONE SPECIFIC GIRL???"

the answer is, just keep sarging and the oneitus will cure itself. Once you start talking to a lot of girls, you will find that you're never really hung up on one.

Oh yeah, something NEW...this is the BEST possible thing you can do, because not only will you not have oneitus, but if the girl you are after sees you are doing well with other women, she will notice and wonder what they all like about you so much...it's called social proof and it works, trust me. Being clingy is a turnoff, women always want what they see other women want. For instance, I never got hit on in a club UNTIL i went to a club with my girlfriend (now ex girlfriend :) then I actually got approached by girls.

yeah it sounds funny, but the best way to get the girl you want is to forget about her and sarge other girls, it will only make her want you more :D
