IMO the first step is that you are willing to accep a " change "( concerning you from the inside and not sticking inside that comfort zone of yours ) and there fore open to new ideas instead of rejecting them from straight hand. You opening your world from that narrow perspective into a much more wider one. Not shooting things down but instead trying to understand and explore. Trying to see things differently and from different perspective and learn to understand why you see things as they are or how you feel and why. The second thing would be you writing your goals in life up and than the fears that are making things harder to achieve those goals. Basically its you figuring out what you generally want from your life and than perceiving those fears which are standing on your way. Than understanding these fears and objects by seeking/ exploring them so you could understand why you feel this way. After you start to understanding those fears of yours, they easier to conquer. "You need questions to find answers" If you dont open your mind, you wont find questions. If you do open your mind and you find questions, than try to explore these questions in different perspective and seeking how you feel and why? When you start understanding how you feel and why, make an effort to improve these areas in your life via your everyday action. I can give an an example: Lets say that you aint good with women. After this you start wondering why you aint good with women. First you thought that it was your looks but than you realize that you have seen hot girls with ugly guys and often wondering how this could be possible. So, it cant be your looks because you look " ok " so this has to do something with my inner feelings. Now what could those feelings be? After pondering it through you are starting you realize that its the lack of confidence that you are having. Now why is this? Is it related to my childhood because others were teasing me when i was young and fat? Or could it have something to do with my parents fighting all the time and than splitting up? After searching a while you understand that its both and than actually doing something to improve this thing in your real life via everyday action when you have good a solid picture in your head from this whole situation. So you see? First you accepted your problem and than you opened your mind to a different things. Instead of you being stucked into a thoguht of you not getting girls due to your looks you went deeper to find more questions and after this trying to understand why and how before actually trying to change these in your everyday life. Some might dissagree with me but they can suck my balls. [ Johnny B ] |
