I was seeing a girl for a few weeks, everything seemed good. There was attraction and confort was being built through text although, I know that you can't rely on building confort through text. She usually text me daily too and her friends told me she really liked me. Anyway she went flaky on me when I seen her in town.

I don't know what to. This was at the weekend, so it was several days ago.

Whether to leave it.
Or confront her at work and see what she says, when put on the spot (without looking needy or desperate).
Or text her saying that I'm disappointed it turned out like this as she didn't know me well enough, and that I don't hold grudges that we can still be friends.

What are your opinions and experiences of flakes? :?

Thanks. 8)

Leave it alone for now. Invite her out so you two can sit down and build some comfort the old fashioned way or while doing something like bowling, golf, laser tag, whatever. Then if she flakes on you then...well you can kind of start figuring things out from there.

Some girls just like having a guy to text. This could be for many reasons. Try and work out the best time to call her. Long phone conversations build more comfort than any number of texts. If you're not good on the phone you'll need to get good.

The invite out will likely be flaked on coz she has decreasing interest, hence the lack of texts. My suggestion would be to get rapport either at work or through a phone call and then go for the hang out
