So one of my good friends (Who is a chick) introduced me to her best friend. Her friend is an HB8 and I'm definitely interested. We spent new years together at my friends party but due to a family issue with my good friend (her best) we left the party early and didn't get to talk too much, but she seemed to be giving me some major IOI's. I'm having a hard time telling if the IOI's are genuine or more of a personality trait. But for example, whenever she says anything intended to be funny, she always seeks eye contact. And usually anytime I say anything I get direct eye contact. She's a very bubbly girl so its a bit confusing. But my major question is if its smart to pursue this or not. I don't know how smart it'd be to get inbetween my good friend and her best friend. And if it is worth going after, how should I go about it considering for a while, the only times I'd be seeing her are when it's the three of us (and a few other friends) together. Any advice? |

Calm down. Don't turn it into such a big deal. Its only a girl you met like few days ago! If she's a social and bubbly HB8, then chances are that there are alot of guys, like you, chasing her unsuccesfully. You'll meet her later on through your good friend. That's what I say. |

im not a pro like some of guys on this forum but this exact same thing happened to me a month ago and you should listen to what stetson said. I went to a halloween party with my friend (a girl) and she brought along this other chick id say HB7.5 (lol i go decimals) Well flirtin happened and i ended up hanging out with her /going on some proper dates over a period of 3 or 4 weeks. She was giving ALL the signals of a girl who wants to start a relationship or at least continue dating. anyways one night i went over to her room and she blew me off ...OUTTA NOWHERE.. even earlier that same day she was texting me flirting !! She said to me ..and i quote " I KNOW THIS SOUNDS REALLY BAD, BUT I HAD A TERRIBLE BREAK UP WITH MY BF (2YRS AGO) AND I JUST WANTED TO SEE IF I COULD DATE AGAIN" wtf!!!... It was only afterwards that i went back to the girl who introuduced us (she didnt even know we were dating) and she said that this girl isnt the relationship type. Im not sayin this is gonna happen to you but its the sorta thing you should be aware of, try find out about the girl before /during you dating her , maybe ask your friend and stuff, u dont wanna get hit by somethin like that. |
