Whenever something like this happens try to maintain your composure, laugh along with everyone else, the AFC gets angry about these things, the Alpha doesn't care what anyone else thinks. Also while you were playing it off and laughing, you could have kino'd the HB8 by getting closer to her while laughing, putting your hand on her back or whatever, showing that you can have a good time no matter what, that your not bothered by your height, after all its not like you chose to be 5'6. Then, if he tried to leave his drink with you, take it, drink it, and make him buy another one when he comes back. "Sorry man, I dont give away this shit for free, I offer premium services here" or something like that. Demonstrating not only your ability to let things slide, but your ability to challenge the alpha at his own game.
