Post subject:  Energy level
I've really been working on my body language and the energy level which I use in conversations. Usually I fell I have a low level of energy which causes me to (occasionally) get shut out of conversations,or the conversations to fade. But, apparently I have a too HIGH energy level which is causing some girls to take me as a creep (tho they would laugh at my stories). Today I was even asked by a HB at school if I was drunk :D (in a joking manner,anyways took the hint)

How can I fit my level with theirs? And is it worse to go too low or too "high".

For a long time I tried matching my energy level but to be honest after a while I noticed I did better when I just went with the energy level I had. It will get you blown out by super high energy girls but they are usually a pain in the ass anyway so I just learnt to game with low energy.
All in all I think it is all down to congruence, if you are pretending to be high energy you can only keep it up for so long. So practice not changing your energy level and see how you do :)

You dont always need to have high energy. You just need to match the groups energy level or go slightly higher.

I agree with Jewness...

you need to tone it down a notch and observe the energy level of the group and one up it slightly.
