| Post subject: | Cancelling meeting women - how to handle it |
Ok guys, I'm looking for opinions, advice, experiences here. Recently I've been online sarging and set up a number of meets with women. Due to personal circumstances I had to cancel 3 meets in one day. I had to cancel for legitimate reasons (I have a young daughter and she had an accident, had to go to hospital etc). I contacted 2 out of 3 as soon as I could and briefly explained the situation. One I missed totally as I never got her number (she had mine). I managed to re-arrange one and met her yesterday. The others I had no luck. How is it best to handle these situations where YOU have to cancel? My limited experience is that women are very intolerant of cancellations, and it's probably best to let them go. |

I have the opposite opinion... You cancel on a girl and they may become even more attracted to you... How did this turn out? |

Hi Call Me V, I think you're right IF there is a lot of attraction already established. These were first meetings, possibly cancelling 2nd or 3rd meets does increase attraction. I play a slow game. I contacted all 3. One never returned a text or email so I'm letting her go (this was the one I could not contact on the day which may be the main reason she has not replied) One I contacted we re-arranged and met. An utter non event though I have to say I handled some bits good, well better than my past self would have. She didn't arrive on time so I went on to another venue and text her telling her to meet me there. I get a text back from her saying she didn't know where the place was. I text her again giving basic directions. She arrived about 10 minutes later. In my old days I would have waited probably 30 minutes and then go home. Now I make sure I go on and do what I wanted to do. The third one is interesting. I mailled her she said she was interested , we arranged another time and place. Then she got a bit weird and said she could not make this new 'date' and basically ended it (there were mixed messages in the mail). I emailled her and said that we were unlikely to meet and we should just let it go. I got an email back from her and we have now arranged to meet this Friday. I'm expecting her to 'flake' but her last emails about Friday seem sincere. Let's see. |
