You dont 'get her to do stuff' by saying things really, its mostly about kino. If you're hanging out with a HB and you're already in the comfort and attraction zone and you've made out with her, just keep making out and after some time (NOT right away to be honest) you go for the universal sensitive spots...like her neck. You gotta be careful with this stuff. Because she has given you a hj repeatedly and each time nothing progresses any further, she obviously has a boundry.
