Post subject:  Nickname

Recently while I was gaming a girl she gave me a nickname. Now it wasn't a rude nickname or anything but to me it seems like she was giving me a sign that she has higher value than I do. What would be a good response or neg for the next time this happens?

This is not a good. She is in a way manipulating you. You are the man. You are the one that should give her a name. Like Dirty Kitten or something. Also you can try a "takeaway", let her understand you arent her pet, to which she can give names and play with.

Good luck!

Yeah one girl, even though she kinda liked me, always called my name with "y" on the end. Without giving my real name here, if my name was Trent, the nickname was Trenty. It sounded a bit akward to me, and although there was a little bit of endearment to it, most of the vibe was that I was a little play thing, not the man. I was a bit of an AFC back then, and I knew she was belittling me back then, years ago, even before I got into this PUA stuff.

Ignore, if she want's to talk to you and call out your nickname, ignore...

You have a fucking name, you respond to it, nothing else.

"Look, I have a fucking name, I only respond to that... or sexy stud.. both will be fine"

Well I'm still in contact with said girl, and she doesn't call me that nickname anymore. I think mostly my general behaviour change since getting into PUA stuff has helped with that, but one thing I remember doing was simply flipping it around.

She'd be like "Hey Trenty"
and in a playful but patronising voice I'd reply "Hey Jessica-y" emphasising how ridiculous it sounds with the "y" on the end. :)

Yeah, I've had that happen a lot. My real name is Jay, and my best friend likes to introduce me to women as Jay with a G. Making my name appear like "Gay".
At first this really bothered me, then it became an openner. People always ask if it's true and I always say that I changed it to a J when I came here. I also like to tell people my middle name is Fagen, and that I'm sure my parents didn't love me.
I guess my point is, no matter the nickname, you can take it make it powerful just your own confidence level and creativity.
In fact my friend had the same thing that other guy had, where they'd call him Trent-y. He would call her Slutt-y, until she said she'd stop. :) Not the best meneuver, but it'd work, haha.
