Post subject:  How to deal with AMOG's?

my sticking point is dealing with AMOG's.

i know how to show my dominance and look alpha but i always seem to muck up when coming across other persistant AMOG's.

My main problem is that i don't know how to react to their neg's and I'm not that great at devaluing them either.

Any tips on how to devalue or react to neg's is welcome.

Usually, the main reason for AMOG's is due to jealousy. This means that their value is already lowered. Your job is to keep it low or even lower it more.

Usually when I get AMOG'd I'm already in the comfort stage with a girl. In most cases then you can just turn to the girl and ask: why is he like that? and continue talking to her.

However, in some situations they will come before and at least in my area the best way to disarm them is to act before they get a chance to. If you see an interference coming into the set, you immediately turn your attention to them. Try to initiate a handshake and tell them your name.

If they try to AMOG you now I am pretty sure that they will get blown off pretty fast.

In the least favorable encounter with AMOG's you have no opportunity to disarm them before they can speak and probably the situation you are talking about. What you should do is to stay unaffected, as this is the main source of "power".

AMOG: Hey, keep your hands of my girl!
Me: *Turns calmly over to the girl* Are you two dating?
Girl: No, I wouldn't even touch him!
Me: *Turns calmly over to the guy* Tough luck then.
Set: *Laughing*

This is one example that happened to me, and that is how I encountered it.
Hope this gives you some indicators of how to act.

thats exactly what happens to me and i don't feel comfortable making a best friend seeming of low value.

the situation i'm looking for advice on is more in a group situation, not an AMOG trying to steal a girl off of you.

any help will be great :)

The best thing to do with AMOGs is build enough attraction with the women that they just ignore them.

When the women are ignoring them, you can too!

Friend's amoging, that's a quite usual one. In essence, you want to be unaffected by negs and insults and keep your happy mood. If there is a friend however I would talk to him about it. If he doesn't listen I do it at him to illustrate the point.

Lastly, how to defend a set against an amog. The first thing to notice is that this is an external interrupt, it means bring him into the set before he get the chance to go in on his own. From here you should just control the set, tease him and the others in the set a bit. Don't be negative towards him however, as it is much easier to get the girls on your side in case he tries to amog you.
