Those who don't know this gambit, you say: Do you want to kiss me? if she says yes, you kiss her if she says maybe, you say, 'let's find out' and kiss her if she says no, you say, 'i didn't say you could, you just look like you had something on your mind' I've used this to great success in the past. I'm normally good at calibrating to this and I only do it when i'm pretty sure she'll say yes, and they always have... until one sarge I had just the other day. I pulled a girl from one bar, got her to leave the guy she was with, and she bounced with me to an adjacent bar. We were hitting it off great. I number closed and kept the covo going. when I did this Gambit, she said no. I replied correctly, but the vibe was really killed, and she ended up bailing later on If this does not stick. How can you recover from it? also, what are some alternative ways to test for compliance for a kiss close, or other ways to effectively do it (i've really stuck with this one for about a year cuz it normally works) thanks guys |

There are a few ways. After a year of using this I would think that you would be fairly well calibrated to know when she will kiss you, since you seem to have a good idea when she'll say yes. Just because a routine doesn't work once doesn't mean throw it away. Although, it is good to explore other methods. One that I mainly look for is the triangle gaze. When you are close enough to your target to kiss. She looks from your eyes to your mouth and back to your eyes again. You may also notice her moisting her lips first. This gaze lets you know she wants to kiss. You don't need to say anything at all, just lean in for the kiss. |

I like David D'Angelo's kiss test. Basically when you think she's good to go, (and preferably you get a nice lull in the conversation - à la Seinfeld), lean in a bit, look at her eyes and sort of brush her hair a bit with your finger tips. If she's not weirded out and makes good eye contact, you're in. If she weird about it, and you were subtle about it, you didnt give it away. You could follow this with the mystery and three points gambits. Its basically a way to gauge whether she'd be receptive to a kiss, without risking the awkwardness and vibe kill if she isnt receptive. |

Good advice guys. I was drunk, which didn't help my calibration. Looking back, i didn't build kino enough either The triangle gazing works well too. I actually do the triangle gaze to her to subconsiously prompt her. it's sort of a non-verbal calibration |
