Every time i go out with one of my friends, he always out-alphas me. He is not a team player, so using him as a wing isn't an option. How do you think i should disarm him? |

It is really sad that this topic comes up as often as it does. It gets to be tough to figure out this situation for a lot of people, and I struggled with it too.Here is the thing. It is your job as wing's to keep each other in the right "state" so to speak, as well as helping each other meet girls. You never DLV your wing, and you don't stand for it either. I can see why you say using him as a "wing" isn't an option. If you have been in the community a while you know there is a distinction between your normal friends and your PUA friends. When I go out with guys from the LAIR I go to help them sarge. When I go out with my friends from work we drink, and chit chat. I don't mix the two because I know it won't mix well. SPEED - "POP Quiz hot shot, there is a gunman at the airport using a woman as a hostage. He's heading to a plane, and you're 100 feet away what do you do?" Keanu Reeves - "Shoot the hostage. Take her out of the equation. Then shoot the terrorist." What I'm getting at here is the best way to stop the problem is not go out with him anymore. Solve the problem by eliminating the barrier by taking him out of the equation of you getting the girl, instead of trying to go around it. You can tell him what you want but this is the best option for you getting the girl. Maybe have a night you go out with your "friends" and one night you go out to "sarge." Guys will post stuff on AMOGing and how to ignore him and stuff like that. Most of that I wouldn't do to my friends, cause they are more important than some girl is. It's up to you, but that is my suggestion to you. |
