I've noticed one of my biggest sticking points is that I want to get everything right the first time. I get on the forum and read about all of these awesome routines, and then I start to get a big head. Then when my game is on, I'm expecting to do better than I actually can at my level. Once I realized this I just figured I would just let it flow naturally. To my surprise it worked
now that I've overcome this sticking point I'm more confident, my game is better, and I'm more alpha. I guess the best way to describe it is Subconciously concious.
