I would call her ONCE per week and talk to her for about 15 minutes.. tops..
then be the first one to get off the phone saying that you are going somewhere...

If she don't call you back... don't call her... just find something else to do
with your time so that you don't get the urge to call her...
Avoid calling her back that same day... wait until the day, in the afternoon
to call her. Tell her, "I'm glad that you didn't call me back... I got all tied
up yesterday.. what did you call for?"
This shows that you were in fact not thinking about her all day the other
day, and that you are calling her back just to see what she wanted, like she
was wanting something from you... (showing her neediness)...
Whatever she says (if it's not interesting)... tell her, "oh, ok. Well, let me
call you back in a few days... I am going to be gone to [some place fun]
for a few days with friends... stay good."
The Week She Is Returning...
Call her up (if she has not called you) the day BEFORE she is to return and
tell her, "So, coming back tomorrow... you are going to BE EXCITED when
you see me.."
HER: Why is that.. (or, yes I am...)
YOU: You missed me... admit it... (playful)
HER: Sure did... (playing back)
YOU: What time will be getting back into town? (serious)
HER: [time]

YOU: Ok. We'll go get something to eat when you get back into town,
I will not take NO for an answer... no excuses sweety...

YOU: Call me when you make it to town and I'll come get you and take
you to your place so you can get ready...
(if she says she has someone picking her up just tell her it's cool and
for her to be ready by [time of reservation to eating place] )
Then, when it is almost time for you to go to [place], call her up and find
out if she wants to meet you there or if she wants you to come pick her
up...
If she is dressed up looking all hot and shit... short skirt, showing plenty
of cleavage and shit... she is all dressed up for YOU, and is giving you a
good sign that SHE is attracted to you...
If this is not the case, then she is all dressed just to be dressed up... which
also works in your favor of being seen around town with this hot babe on
