| Post subject: | TOTAL freezeout on one girl only |
I'm having trouble with this one girl and I can't seem to start a convo with her. If anyone could help me with some pointers on how to approach this calmly and smoothly or just reassure me that I'm not insane, would be much appreciated. Back story: this one girl is in one of my classes (college) but there's 500 ppl in the class and my friends always sit away from her so I never got a chance to talk to her there. I noticed her there the first day a few months ago and thought she was insanely hot, and there's just something about her that makes me so attracted to her. I'm a very social guy and talking to random girls is not my sticking point, I can talk to most girls about random stuff and do it in a fun way. So the other day I was walking with 4 girls I work with(all very hot, 8,8,9,10). I was in the middle talking to them all and we were all laughing and having a good time, then I noticed this hot girl from my class walking towards us to go past us. I was already smiling from something funny we were talking about so as I saw her I had a real smile going and she looked me dead in the eye for a sec and looked away. I was about to stop to say something to her (comment on her jacket which was a unique blend of colors) but so much shit just rushed through my head and I could start to feel myself almost trembling to say something to her. I almost immediately stopped talking to my group for about 10sec as she walked by and I started to compose myself. I don't know what's with this girl but I have NO trouble talking to any random girls, 10 or not. I feel like a fucking kid in high school. Can anyone rationalize this for me. I feel like I'm too much inside my head now that there's no way I can make this work. (Only thing I know about her is that she has a bf, but I have a gf too and i would just like to get to know her better SPAM and see if she's worth the effort). Thanks guys |

Ha, that happens to me sometimes. Fortunately i can rationalize it pretty fast, and once i do it's pretty simple. From what i gather...You've waited so long to talk to this girl that you've built it up in your head SO much. that's why the 3 second rule was invented. Her demeanor might be very "fuck off-ish" as well. Since she has a boyfriend, and if that relationship is really good and she's the type of girl that's like "i can't talk to other guys because i have a boyfriend" then you really don't have anything to work with. she'll feel that you would be a threat to her relationship trying to talk to her about anything that wasn't very relevant. I think to ease your mind, you should just walk up and talk to her, and chances are, she's probably not worth it. But if you're anything like me, since we can have almost all the girls we want, we go crazy for the one we can't seduce. maybe instinctively you know it would be a huge challenge. |

I don't care if you're nervous or w/e. The next time you see her go straight up with no game plan and TALK, your brain will do the rest. Don't give yourself time to psyche yourself out. Smile and go in. |
