So today, my final day at work in the bar I just straight up went for it with this girl whom I think has been showing IOIs for over a month. Any we hardly conversed today, mainly just jokey stuff or light insults here and there (her to me too) but all soft stuff. The way it happened was like this: As her and her friends were about to leave, start talking with her friends and joked around a lot (they seemed like they were have fun) said our good byes etc. Then it came to the girl I'm talking about, we joked around a lil then said in her ear "Can I quickly tell you something" she agreed very easily. The convo then went a lil like this: Me: Even though Im leaving work I think we should stay in touch Her: Yeh sure add me on facebook or whatever Me: I was thinking your number actually Her: Oh yea I can give you my nubmer that isnt a problem Then she said something i didnt get like "i dont have a phone" or something cant remember, sounded bit nervy. Got her number on my phone, the called her right then...HOWEVER my phone was on withheld number and she said: "I don't have your number" Me: pick up my call Then we played fooled around pretending to have a convo on the phone. After that we went towards our friends and I ask her if shes free this weekend, but she said oh im busy, which I quickly (too quickly?) say "maybe another time". Then....we drifted away...which felt rather of an anti climax really. After talking with my ex-managers she walks by and wave to us 3 and says bye and I just, with not much effort say bye aswell. At this point I feel strange, she later with her friend come back to get one of my friend to walk them home or something, i dunno but she seemed happy and cheerful. So what now? Do i wait a while before actually giving my number lol which will prob keep her on her toes (endless, but I feel i DLVed) or staright up call her in a few days and try organise something. I know I'm being paranoid, i know I've got this in a good position, but I NEED your feedback on whats happened and where to go from here. |
