Hey everyone. New here... so if I'm in a totally wrong forum for the topic... it happens.

Anyway, here's the interesting issue. I've been playing the PUA game since high school, and have absolutely no problem picking up these days. I have the skill and the looks. The issue is finding the girls. I just moved back to a small town, and there really aren't that many to pick up.

I got a job as a bartender, and thought it'd be the perfect solution - being surrounded by girls while being in position that allows easy dialogue. Problem is... I've realized that picking up while on shift seems a bit sleazy. I seldom escalate past heavy flirting, as I don't want to cross the professional line. Even when I know a girl's really into me... I feel that asking for or giving her a phone number would be 'too far' (I work at an upscale jazz lounge). Any ideas on how to smoothly test out these waters?

Another one is that sometimes I'll come across a girl who's really into me... and I can tell that I could lay her right then and there. But because I'm on shift, I can't do anything 'til, say... midnight or one. Any ideas how to keep her interested, even though she's got to leave at some point before I do?

Sounds like you want us to give you reasons/ways to justify something you find morally wrong with. My advice is to either get the girls number or don't escalate things to that point.

Haha. Not quite.

This is simply an area that needs to be handled properly. I'm more looking for subtle ways of broaching the topic... ways of conveying strong sexual interest without bluntly stating it, which could cause problems.

Ah I see. You could use "code language". I don't know what to say as I am not a bartender. But I think if you refer to some drink and your place she will get the hint.

you can use tim's method and throw the five questions in like
"did you ever play foot ball?, did you ever break a couple up?, did you ever spike someones drink?"...blahblah consecutively then say "ok you are cool, we can chill. I am going on an adventure after work at 1, so join me at [place]."

Code language is one of the things I've been trying to get to work... but I like the 'adventure afterward' idea.

Only problem is my place is off limits. So it's their place.

Any simple canned approaches to get to their house?
