I find that every time I start the transition into comfort, they always ask me about my past and previous relationships and stuff. problem is I'm almost 19 years old and have little to no experience with the opposite sex but things feel like they're starting to click into place and I want to make up for alot of lost time! anyways when this situation has happened in the past, I usually try to word my answer so it's not really lying but not really saying anything. should i make up some fake backstory so that I can connect on a deeper level and finally move past comfort?? |

No you should not! You should not try to hide anything, they can smell that! If you have truly never had a girlfriend just tell her. You never had a long term relationship beofre so she will be your first real important girlfriend... |

I had my first GF at the age of 19 man! No problems. Sure it wrecks your preselection from a relationship point of view but just tell her that you had a thing with a girl last summer or something but that it wasnt meant to be... Being a virgin is something you tell her afterwards, its like a christmas present. |

Don't worry about it it doesnt mean anything. I am very selective compared to my friends. Most people settle for whatever they can get, notably my friends. Find a way to be comfortable thats the trick. If she is asking about your relationships your already there. |

Honestly, I don't understand why so many of you guys are going about this the "serious answer" AFC way. Usually, this question about your previous girlfriends is a shit test. Women DON'T WANT a serious answer, that will ONLY make them ANGRY. Or at least it will turn them off. If her question is a shit-test (she asks you out of the blue, before there's a lot of rapport) then give a cocky-funny answer (check the post about Tyler Durden's shit test game for more tips). So if she asks "how many girls have you been with?" respond with "you mean today, or this week?" or you can say "lost count, they just keep chasing me!" if she persists and you really wanna DHV and put an end to the shit tests, say: "I'm not a "kiss and tell" kind of guy - any girl I'm with, I respect her privacy and her secrets... I see them not as notches on a bedpost, but as unique individuals with hopes and dreams and secret passions of their own that they long to share with that rare guy who can appreciate their inner beauty as well as the outer - and that's just the way I am." This has a great subtle NLP effect too - you associate your self both with the ideal guy and shoot down her shit test by saying "that's just the way I am". She can't tell if you are just the guy that doesn't kiss and tell, or if you're also the rare guy that girls long to share their secret passions with! ~HotIce |
