I have it sometimes, a little.

There are some factors that regulate this:

- Practice (more experience less AA)
- Time since last successful sarge (Less time less AA)
- Value of set (If they have a value to you you will have higher AA)

A set has a value if:
- Other PUAs are watching
- You depend on getting their validation
- You are in love
- They are the only girls in the place

You will always have symptoms of AA, its been implanted into our brains from birth. Its in our genes, mom and dad both had it, so we do too. The only thing we can do is prevent it from showing up. Its a disease, and the game is the medicine.

Maverick is right on the ball.

Mystery opens his venusian arts book by explaining how we can play at the hardwired emotional / atrraction switches in womens brains. Its the core thought of most PUA filosophies.

AA or fear of rejection is also hardwired into our brains, its a self defence mechanism. However it is manageable, with training we can suppres the feeling , but it wil always remain.

Think of it as the feeling an actor has the first time performing a new play ... he is rdy to shit his pants . But after a few shows he gets accustomed to it , he is still nervous (ea the fear remains) but he is able to handle it better.
