How do you do this when your not inside of a club, the obstacle can't go back to her friends because you've taken her only friend in that gathering. Basically what do you do so that the obstacle won't win back her friend from you.

A 2 set is a special animal like that. When you are inside a club or large public gathering it may be possible to merge sets so the obstacle has a group to hang with while you isolate. Since you don't have that option you are going to have to move them together. If you seperate them they will both be worried about the other one. So move them together and you almost treat them like a 1 set.

I have to do this often because I go out with a wing. When I wanted to dance with the target I took them both. When I bounced them to eat I took them both. When we went back to her car, I walked them both. It's kind of a pain but you develop a really good rapport with your target by the end of the first day.

pretend that you have to exit the set and set up a day-two since you have to go, then leave.

Just game her as you would a normal two set. Go for the # close, even a k-close and bounce. she'll either find you later on to escalate things or you can just phone her for a d2.

I agree with jsmooth... Just keep on running the set. If you can keep the obstacle entertained as well as your target she might actually help you.
Bring her friend, it makes kino escalation hard to get beyond the point of sniffing the hair but it builds rapport and her friend will keep on teasing her about you even after you are gone... It makes time-bridgeing easier!

Thanks Ezo!

There is a reason why you keep the two set together outside of them freaking out. That is so that when they leave together which they will, they are going to talk about you. If you seperate them without making the obstacle comfortable she's going to say things where she's not sure about you. The target trusting her good friend is going to agree with her.

As an alternative, you could merget this two set you are with with a larger set in the venue. I know you said "NOT CLUB" but we didn't specify a venue. That way the obstacle is occupied and has some people to keep her busy. Then you can go for isolation with your target about 10 feet away but still within eye contact so they are okay, and comfortable. If possible this a good way to go.

He he, we seem to agree on this one jsmooth!

If you separate a target from her friend (2set), when she finally get back to her friend (left alone) the conversation is gonna be sth like this:

Friend: So how was Mr. Right/whatever
HB: Really nice
Friend: Oh he seemed a bit (insert comment from hurt feelings here)
HB: Yeah, a little bit, but still allright
Friend: Yeah, maybe, did you see that (insert peacocking thing here) that is so lame
HB:Well, its not like were married or so... (And it just gets worse)

If you entertain them both and leave on a high...

Friend: That guy was so into you.
HB: No, really? (she knows)
Friend: Sure, did you not see the way he.. yada yada yada
HB: Oh stop... (smile)
Friend: Do you think hell call?
HB: Hope so, etc etc...

See the difference, the cockblock may still be a cockblock even after you disarm her, they can always reload if they feel abandoned.
