"I'm sorry, my apartment's a real mess and I can't possibly let you see it. Next time though..."

Got this again tonight on a 4th date, I was 100% guaranteed to finally f-close her if I'd gotten past her door. I've already fooled around with her, gotten her half naked and gotten her off using my tongue on the last date, but not actually fucked her because she LMRd me last time.

I get this all the time after a date with a girl from a different city on her home turf.

Any ideas for how to deal with this when playing away from home?

Depends on how she's say it, for what a good response would be.

I havn't had this one in a while, but i think said something like 'no thats ok, i dont mind, no amount of mess could ever suprised me'.

Its funny cus then they spend like an hour tidying up while i just sit there and relax. What they really mean is when they say this is (translation): 'no because if i let you up that means i've got to tidy up and i cant be bothered to tidy because in a lazy cow and you'll think im a dirty messy tramp.'

4th date huh?..well maybe you should take her round to yours next time? maybe nxt time you go out and pull a mystery on her tell her to come by yours first and as you're getting ready buzz her in for a small preview and then go out..maybe by the end of the night she will be willing to come bk to yours..

also as mozy said i would go along the lines of "do you really think i will be looking at the "mess" in there?" :P

ya i agree, have the next date be at your house. cook her a nice dinner, have a movie rented, the works. then escolate during the movie. be casual tho, you dont want her to feel like the whole night was building up to the sex, she should feel like the sex is an outcome of a great night.
