I'm a confident man and I've really improved my game in recent years. I'm fearless approaching and surround myself with women, I escalate physically from the start and maintain intense eye contact which usually easily lead to make out sessions. I can usually gauge their interest level by escalating and seeing if they pull back or if there is any discomfort.

At least this was until I recently moved to Germany. I'm doing everything the same but it's not working. When I escalate physically, they don't pull back. When I look deep into their eyes they giggle nervously which usually to me means it's on. But then they tell me to stop when I go for the kiss. Sometimes they tell me stuff outright they're not looking for anything romantic etc. After this I stop pursuing them and move on, but they keep texting me, saying things like they miss me and want to hang out with me. Do you think it's just a matter of me moving too fast or was I right to move on?

Agree with above.

Also, although fundamentals are the same, different cultures have different dating etiquettes. Find someone there who has spent a lot of time in both the U.S. and Germany and ask him how the dating scene is different.

These girls just want to have sex but they don't want to feel like sluts. Keep pushing but keep it classy.
