for a while i thought AA was just about approaching a girl but i just realised im also afraid to go further as well i recently learnt to open and i got over this fear but all i do is talk and its almost like i have no intention of seducing the women i too afraid of rejection or using kino wrong i feel this fear has been brought on from when i lived in a very small town and people made a huge deal if you asked someone out so naturaly i became afraid of seducing most women dont even use the dreaded line LJBF i come off as just a friend i would really appreciate some books i could read to face my demons or some advice i would appreciate it i really want to turn this weakness into a strength thanks guys |

sorry you are missing the point i don't know how to escalate i completely agree that i have to go out and do that i just want to learn some outer game first i have every single intention of going out and doing it i believe it this "fail to prepare prepare to fail " i want to face my demons but first i just want to get a solid foundation thats all |

There is a reason why AA and pulling the trigger requires the most anxiety. It's because they are the 2 things that will make the difference between getting laid or not. They are the eggs and and flour and all these other techniques are just cake sprinkles. Perhaps look at some videos on YouTube "how to escalate" and simply just emulate what is being reached. What I will say though, My friends see me doing the cool spins with girls on the dance floor. They ask for help but they are too focused on the spins and not on the flour and eggs and they are still stuck at even approaching and ultimately nothing happens. This thread is more about grabbing your balls and go for it. You're gonna die one day. Remember that. That's all the motivation I need. |
