OK, for some reason I am at a sticking point. I am not doing as well as I usually do. What I think it might be is that I am trying too hard. Like I am planning what to do before I even have a set in mind, and then when i see a set and go and open, I try too hard and then I loose them. Should I just stop trying to game for a while and go out without gaming in mind? just let it come to me when the situation arises? I am really frustrated with this all and think I am just thinking too much about it all the time. Anyone have something similar happen? i would appreciate all the advice. |

I hear you man. After about a month in and not seeing the results I wanted to I realized I was thinking too hard. I was too focused on what opener I'd use, my routine stack, and other things. Now I just walk up to a set and whatever comes out of my mouth is it. Sometimes its canned and sometimes something situational or direct hits me. I just rolll with what's said, neg her it fits in, and then tell some DHV stories. Go out with the intention of meeting people but don't think about what you're going to say ahead of time. Make yourself approach a set and see what happens. |

I learnt this the hard way, if you always think of what you're going to say you will flop. TRust me, you might get into a set and talk for a bit but what you say will not be natural. Some people find it easy to make canned stuff seem natural...basically i found out that i could go natural in pick up..the only problem i had before discovering pua was Approach and general alpha attitude. After getting all those sorted out i pretty much did my own thing. |

let me tell u somethin man, u r probley too interested in them. u should be approaching them like they are not special, because they arent, right? u want to make it seem like its their opinion ur after (opinion openers) and that ur not using openers to meet them. u should start getting a little more energetic and into it around A3-comfort, otherwise they will think "this guy is trying way too hard" in other words... relaax |

lol all my other friends who are big into pick-up tell me is that I think to much. I want to go out soon myself and try it, but I just find it hard to get rid of AA and using canned openers too much. |
