I fail to approach, especially people cold approach and especially people outside of my race. After failing to approach so much, I feel like it has become a part of my personality. I don't know how to break this cycle. People tell me to man up and all of this advice when talking to girls, but I think that it is all BS. What is the best why to develop unflinching confidence even when you face shit tests, stares, and the spotlight. |

Approach easy targets and forget about pickup for now. No point in think about shit test if you can open a set. Thinking ahead like that is exactly where you are going wrong. |

Start approaching everybody, not just hot girls. Build up social confidence first. Start with saying "hi" to 100 strangers. Then ask someone for the time. Then start commenting on the shitty weather. Then build up your confidence from there. You need basic social skills before you can approach women. |

I'm with you on this brother. I made progress with A.A. a few years ago but now that I'm single again I regressed and its even worse now. It seems to be more of I just don't know what to say. Canned material seems so unnatural but I'll power through this an if I can then you can! An vise versa! I see you as one of my new allied opponent in this game so keep going out there and trying your damn hardest to overcome this hump! |
