So I need advice on my situation. My roommate was talking to this girl on MSN and I was just hanging out with him and saw how gorgeous she was. He said she was from my hometown so i made a joke and told to tell her to add me on facebook. Coincidently she did, and we began talking like crazy over the next month. We were having a great time and things progressed to where we planned on being together when our hockey season was over. The "Spark" was there over the next 2 months and we talked all the time, usually texting, or the odd phone call. We hit such a peak where i wasn't gaming her anymore, but it felt like we were already together in a crazy way. Things were great and i was due to be home in about a month after playoffs, where we could finally meet and what not, and then one night she tells me she wants to come out and visit me for a weekend. I didn't say no by any means, but i figured that wouldn't go over so well with the coaches or general manager, so i said it might not work. The next day i get a text saying "I think we should just be friends. I'm just going to be honest but the spark isn't there anymore and i'm getting bored, texting isn't enough." From there i agreed later on that day and we haven't talked in the last few days. Where do i go from here? This girl is an hb 9 at least, and i don't want to just leave it as it is because i really don't want to just "friends" with her, and i don't know how i went from gaming her so perfectly to having this weird curve ball thrown at me. Any suggestions? |

You have to meet her now or things won't continue. When she said she wanted to come down, she really put herself out there. At least in her mind. If you guys were as close as you were, then you probably hurt her pretty bad for her to say "the spark isn't there anymore". Just be like, "Hey, I don't care what my coachs think come out this weekend". If you care about someone like you make the situation out to be, then sports shouldn't stopping you from meeting her. |

i agree with meeting her, the only problem is i'm stuck in the town i play hockey in for the rest of the season, probably another 3 and a half weeks, depending how playoffs go, so this is the problem.. and coaches and Gm's don't really understand things at this level haha.. you see my problem? |

Why can't she come see you at school? Dude you have to do something. If you want this to work, it needs to happen before you would be done with hockey. You have to prioratize. |

those cards aren't on the table anymore, man she is being so stand offish now, and before she was like deeeep into me, i totally don't even know what happened! It's messing with my head right now!! |

Dude, if thats how it is. Freeze her out. Stop thinking about her, talk to another girl. There's no reason to obses over any one female. Unless you are together and intamite, there is no reason to feel that way. |

deeeeeep into you one minute, then slam the door in your face the next minute . . . yep, been there done that within the past couple of weeks with a girl. Leave her alone man. For future reference, just because your coaches and all that say don't have a girl around, doesn't mean you can't have a girl around. They just don't want you to focus on a girl, which means they want to basically control your life while you're playing on their team. They want you soley focused on their team. To make them look good. |
