Hey what's up guys, before any of you guys start telling me that I've lost my balls, don't worry, I wasn't the one that said those words in the subject, it was one of my girl friends. Not to me, to her friend and I happened to have heard it from her friend's friend, but whatever, not the point. The point is this isn't the first time it's happened to me. Where a girl wants to hook up with me, but is "scared it'll affect our friendship," so becomes a little apprehensive about doing it. Honestly, I think that's bullshit. Idk about them, but for me, hooking up with a friend wouldn't change how I act around her. But this has brought me to a bigger problem. For me, my goal with girl friends is to be able to be, as Adam Lyons has described it, "the guy that doesn't count." Basically the guy who they can hook up with and fuck and just not count it cause "hey, it's just [name]." So obviously, if I'm getting this feedback, it means I'm doing something wrong. So what do you guys think could be the reason? Is there a certain vibe I'm not projecting enough or maybe should be projecting? Have any of you guys accomplished this and want to share how? Share |

"Scared it'll affect our friendship" means she's not interested... not that she needs coaxing. She sees you as a friend, not as a sexual option. To be the guy you want to be, you'll first need a new set of friends - cause this group apparently sees you as a non-sexual option... Then be easy going and discreet. If a girl knows (or at least thinks) you're not going to run out and tell the first 10 people you see on the street you just fucked her brains out, she's much more likely to fuck your brains out. |

I feel you, but she is part of my new friend group lol. She did say she wanted to hook up with me, she just was just scared we would change and I just want to know what I should be projecting to show that it really won't. |

No. You're not listening. She does not want to hook up with you, date you, sleep with you... anything. She's being nice and letting you down easy. She is not interested. |

I am listening. That's just not this situation. She didn't tell me that. My friend was talking to her friend and she just randomly said, "hey, why didn't [name] hu with [name]" and my friend said "idk, I guess he didn't feel the moment was right" "Do you think he'd want to" "I'm sure he'll do it soon, why? Is that something she wanted?" "Yeah, she told me she wanted to, but wasn't sure whether it'd change their friendship or not" And trust me, if you knew this girl, you'd know this was completely possible of doing. I'm doing it tonight anyway, I just wanted to make sure I don't have to go through this AGAIN in the future |

I'm not really sure why you even started this thread... You want someone to tell you that the situation is what you think it is, and that she really is interested in you? Good luck then, I guess. Maybe someone else will do that. |
