If I see the same target I've told dhvs to, negged, perhaps even gotten a number close another day at the same bar, but they didn't answer my text, how to act? |

you could open with "you know, if you wanted to see me again you could have just asked instead of stalking me" but dont bring up the fact that she didnt reply to your text, it might sound needy. |
