Ok guys Im sure that a lot of you have had this before but I need some help with this.. I get nervous real bad when I meet someone new especially if they are hot. If I have seen them before or met them prior I don’t feel this. Wtf my game is pure shit when I am not natural. Any suggestions |

I know this really isn't the answer that you want to hear, but the more sets you approach and open the easier this gets. The more you surround yourself with gorgeous women the more numb you become to it. Sure there are a few that still get to me, but it gets easier. So the more you talk to women, and hang out with them, the more comfortable you will become around them. Hence, why you are nervous the first time you're around them and not the second.  So in short get out and get more practice in.

I had the same problem some years ago... I wasnt able to talk to HBs...with out getting nervous, even my face would turn red!!! This happens cause subconsciously you think that you dont have enough value, and that your desire for this girl is somehow, embarassing. You got to work on your inner game, or, you can do what I did: Hang out with HBs all the time until you can act naturally around them. It was kind of easy for me, because back when I was in High School, my father got transfered, so I ended up in this school with tons of HBs...some of them were 8´s and 9´s...and even there was this 10 girl I absolutely fell in love with.... Obviously, I didnt knew about the Game.. or any PUA stuff, so it didnt got any further than one kiss. But she was a 10...and Im proud of it. I always will be grateful to those girls that studied with me, and gave me the confidence to talk to any girl in the world, without embarrassing myself. But it wasnt easy, I won the friendship of these girls the hard way... slowly over the course of a year and a half. So...you should try to engage in non-sexual social activities with HBs 8, 9 and 10...just try to be friends with them, or just to have a a conversation. When you realize that a HB10 is just as normal as any other girl...you wont be afraid of beauty at all. Try to get in a women studies course, or in a pilates class....every girl would think "OMG...that guy is soo gay!!"... this normaly isnt a good thing, but this time you arent here to get layed...just to be around hot women. Just talk to them...in the least sexual way you can came up with. Is probably not a good idea to try prove that you arent gay, at least initially....but when you get more confident: start the PUA mode and pick up the whole class, even the teacher...if she is hot, of course!!! PS: maybe pilates isnt a good idea...you should get in conversations in a natural fashion, so get something with lots of group activities...and conversation opportunities. |

Hey there, What you seem to be doing is putting the HB's on a pedestal. This is where you're going wrong. (I learned the hard way too!) To solve this, you need to just convince yourself "YOU ARE THE PRIZE". My experience led me to try C&F game. I want to note that it's my experience, so it may not work for you but here's why I did it. I found that the game at first is like a set routine. If something unexpected happens, nerves can take over, and it can all go to pot. This happened to me alot. The way I did (and still do) C&F is to not worry about the routines, and just have a laugh. Say the cocky negs that pop into your mind. It takes some work, and you will make mistakes, but it gave me the following: ALOT of confidence. Introduced me more to Negging (as in where and where not to use it). But mostly, it makes you realise, YOU ARE THE PRIZE My suggestion is to look at pretty much every FR, well, most the threads tbh and then figure out what you think is best for you. By all means, i'm no expert at this game, and there's a long way for me to go too, but if you can get the basic elements there, then you're more than halfway there. |

You have to make yourself feel more valuable and make her less valuable in your mind. Because you don't care what she thinks about you, right? Don't be mean to her, but her opinions TO YOU are very trivial and irrelevant to ANYTHING. She likes to talk, they all do, so act like you want to hear what she has to say. But in the back of your head you should be thinking about how stupid what she has to say is. Whenever I think like this, for some reason, I'm able to come up with wittier things to say. I'm able to take whatever she says out of contex and make it funny. I'm able to make my sentences articulately. And whenever she throws a shit test at me, my mind says things like, "Are you gonna let this dumb broad talk to you like that? She has nothing better to offer!" If she says anything even remotely out of line, she's just asking to be negged. Just be cocky, because she really has nothing better to offer. Especially if all she's got going for her is beauty, she'll most likely have no other skills. She's just another dumb broad, and I just like messing with their heads. You gotta place more value in yourself, alright? |

Thanks guys! picked up a HB8 last night nice and calm the whole time. the date today with her was great! I took all of your advice coldanddiluted worked great! its an inner game thing and i need to desensatize... |
