Hey guys this is a huge sticking point I am having, I cannot find the proper way to approach a woman and ask her to dance. I follow the 3 second rule but it's so loud on the dance floor and I don't know how to properly get their attention

Any Advice

Thanks

Don't dance behind her or beside her, that's a beta move.
Go in face-to-face with her and try to escalate as she gets closer.
She'll appreciate the manly approach, if she doesn't, try another girl, she might be in a serious relationship, passing through a break up, or even does not want any guys in her life at the moment.

Good luck

Because it creeps girls out when guys do that. Always approach to face them. Eye contact and body language will be your voices.

Ok I think I understand, now let's say there in packs should I just walk up seductively and start dancing and try to get one in the group?

I'm a pretty decent dancer and don't really require a partner. So, what I do is dance in front of the group, catch the targets attention, then extend my hand out for her to grab. She'll usually let me pull her away for a dance.
