basically met a very young HB model. willing to say she maybe even 18. im 29. K/closed her talked on about how cute our babies going to look like etc. i wanted to take it further, but i had two other girls that were waiting on me a few meters away so i number closed and moved on.

text ed back and fourth a lot. there's a lot of hahah's and smily's in her messages, and she was always asking me what i was upto.

anyways. yesterday i set a date up with her to play some pool and grab a drink after. in her own words, she was really looking forward to it.shes mentioned this in a several texts. i was busy today, so the date was going to be tomorrow. i pinged her a bit to see the interest level. this is how it went :


ME: HB! how's your crazy student life go today?

HB: Heeey :D it was busy today haha walked all the way to the gym from home only to have xx cancel as i got there. but gymed it anyways. then tech :) was good as, how was your day?

ME: well lemme see. i built a time machine, ate serial all day and ironed my fav tea-towels. nah i had a pretty busy day. u walked fro x yo y? :shock:

HB: time machine ay! oh ...then goes onto a paragraph of some other BS

ME: Time machine so we can go back to that sat. ill let ya for a spin if u promise to behave :P

HB: i think that would be a good idea :P i dont know about that promise though ha.

ME: good save on the promise. anything less just wont do :wink: Currently eating the worlds best made Japanese stew. theres so much win in this bowl haha

HB: Haha Never :P oh yum, that sounds amazing! you quite the cook ay? beats mine tonight

ME: so the plan tomorrow is to meet in *** after work/gym. me kik ur butt in pool. does afta 8 suit or shall we run a little earlier?

HB: that sounds great but i dont think im going to be able to. im broke as until next week, student life :? haha

ME: Cool. u kno what this means right?

HB: What does this mean?

ME: U have making upto do to me

HB: I do, I'm sorry :( was looking forward to it!

ME: Well it was never gunna be expensive at all :wink:

HB: nah i know but gotta put all my money on bloody bills haha

ME: Sa'll good. best of luck out there girlie

HB: Ill catch ya on the weekend maybe? :D

ME: We'll see. u kno where to get me


did i stuff this up for future? would really like to bang her. that last text may have come across as im butt hurt. i dont think this will end in a reply fro her tho, even in the weekend. whats the best way to proceed?

Just ask her for a drink with you and say "i got this, this one is on me"

Mystery won't put you in PUA jail if were to pay for a girl for something from time to time.

whats the best way to re-engage this? because your advise is good and this is what ive been told by others too..

should i build a bit more comfort and break it down to her?

say " hey, i was looking forward to tonight. roll with me. ill get it this time"

i hate building comfort over the phone, that shits for doing in person. but given the situation would be wise to engage, converse, then break down, correct?

ok, so i tried to persist a bit. this is what came out on top.

me: whats my fav lil munchkin upto today?

her: haha i'm not actually doing a lot today, im just chillin at home :) wbu?

me: at work. its sunny and stuck inside. you should def utilize this and get your pump on at the gym

her: oh that sucks! ull have to get outside on your break. uh i cant today. my muscles are so sore from yesterday haha

me: guess wot....

her: hmmmm....what?

Me: so im still pretty keen to kick your butt in pool later. are you free tonight? my treat :)

her: haha i think you would probably sink all the balls before i manage to get one in. :P im not feeling 100% today though, thats why i took the day off course :/ so i probably shouldnt go out



i havent texted back yet. what would anyone do in this situation? this is a very hard to read scenario. shes writing paragraphs explaining why she cant. i think shes being genuine. usually when girls blow things off its vague and to the point, its easy to write them off. should i treat this as such or wait for the weekend to ping her?

i got 3 options:

1.say something like "it's cool. we woldnt want u getting any sicker after i bet you anyways. text me when ur keen to hang


2.igonre this shit


3.ping her on the weekend like shes suggested?

What i'd do is put the ball in her court.

"Ok no problemo, shoot me a text when you do feel up to it :)"

Then don't text her again until she texts you.

Basically if she gets in touch with you, she likes you, if you she doesn't get back to you then it's pretty much self explanatory that she is a flakey.

def man. learnt my lesson not to get hung-up on one. even if shes unique, girls are replaceable. im only asking here because my text games weak and i want to improve. if only you've seen some of the shit i have sent girls over the years....

Just like to point out that you should be working on your grammar if you're playing "textgame" and use full spellings for words. If you keep with the "L8r bbe" and general "1337" talk no one will take your texts serious and you'll get much less from your textgame than you would otherwise. Basically your texts are advertising what kind of man you are. You want to advertise that you're a mature and intelligent man of high value. High value men don't skimp on text messages and are intelligent enough to string together a proper sentence even via text.

I mean even looking at your messages in comparison to hers there's a huge difference. You'd swear she was 29 and you were 18. You need to fix that.

this ones becoming increasingly hard to read. so for the sake of keeping this thread rolling, ill explain whats been happening.

so far our interactions pretty much through text.

she would ask me what im doing, what if im going out etc, to which id always say something funny and witty but not the real answer

i tried to invite her again, she agreed. but i smelled another flake so i bailed and said, lets meet at another time.

then she asked me something like :

HB: hey there's a 21st here if you want to come? how good are your beerpong skills? id like to kick your butt haha.

ME: haha am i good at beerpong? does the pope wear a silly hat? im gonna have to check my schedule, il def pencil you in. il have to find a pencil first ;) sounds like a good idea though.

HB: Hahah its on!

but tbh she lives far from me and im not too keen to drive all the way out to mingle with some 21 year olds. im 29.


so this banter went on for a bit, then i gave up

then two days ago, she wrote this on my FB

**my name**, i like that we met randomly at *** and talked about kittens haha, i like that you are really friendly and funny as :D

ME: hahah ***. where all good kitten stories are spun
HB: Must be! haha
ME: still gonna Kick your butt at beer-pong *HB*! be ready!
HB: Haha oh i don't know about that ***! I have plenty of practice haha
ME: i may rig it so i don't hurt your feelings
HB: Dam it you stole my plan haha :D

then that night i texted her this. some may say its ok, but i feel its AFC


ME: Such a lovely message babes. gorgeous heart. X
HB: Aww thanks, :) that means heaps
ME: meant heaps to me too :) made my day haha
HB: Aw really? its awesome :D im pleased
ME: haha Yup. im a bit sick. gonna sleep it off. nyt u
HB: oh hope its better in the morning. sweet dreams

now here;s what i think im doing wrong.

texting too much

always initiating contact

its just that im so darn impatient. i got other girls that want me but i want this one most because i think shes worth a shot and i hate loosing. what shall i do from here?

wait till sat and text to see is shes out in town?
