I´ve went out a couple of times to do the newbie mission and always when I´ve seen somebody, I think I should open to, I freeze. I mean like my mind just goes blank. There never seems to be a "good moment" for the opener, as people just seem so busy. For example when I see people walking to other direction or chechking out some clothes I just can´t bring myself to open the set because I feel like I would just "disturb" them. When that happens I don´t know what to do anymore, which makes me panic, and then the chance is gone and I just walk past the set. Im starting to get irritated with me freezing all the time when trying to open so could I get some advice on how to just stop freezing and forcing myself to do it. Oh, and I know that there never really is a "good moment" and that I should just do it but when entering the set my mind tells me otherwise. |

If you fail nothing will happen. Trust me on this one, just go for it. The three second rule determines the right time. You have to open a set three seconds after spotting it. Look into some openers, personally I attempt to get the sets opinion on a topic ie who cheats the most, girls or guys? From there on try to use canned material which you have already rehearsed. If you fail open another set. If you succeed you should still probably attempt to approach another set as you need practice with this sticking point. You should practice opening first and then focus on closing. |

Aim small. At McDonald's choose the cutest female cashier and line up for your order. When she takes your order, say, "Hi. What can you recommend for a crocodile farmer?" Repeat 10x. If the cashiers smile 5 times out of 10, you win. Each small success drives up your momentum and confidence to try bolder approaches. Approaching a set with 4 or 5 women is big. Sarge 1 female cashier and that's smaller. Limit your routine to 2 sentences and that's smaller compared to the typical PUA opener. Hell, Mack Tactics openers are 300 to 600 words long. 9 words are smaller compared to 300 words. |

Newbie mission, just say "hi" that's it, don't use an opener. Don't over complicate things. That's the entire point.
