My advice from my limited experience is to move slower and touch other areas before the vajayjay. The vah-gine is probably the last place you want to make your move. You're too quick to go for the jackpot. Do not underestimate foreplay. She's not as quickly stimulated as we are. You need to explore more of her body. Thighs, flank, inner arm, behind the knee, ears, etc. Move slower, find what other spots turn her on... it'll give you some buttons to push later when you do get in and make the whole thing better.
