You may have lowered your value by showing her that you want to meet her. She shouldn't be the one playing hard to get, you should be the one hard to get. This DHV (demonstration of higher value) makes her want to chase after you. Reading your story it seems that she controls the meta-frame (the one controlling the outcome of the relationship).
What I would first of all do is stop calling her. This shows neediness what is a DLV (demonstration of lower value). The text you are wanting to send may turn out okay, but I personally wouldn't use it. Personally I would wait two days if she calls - if so no problem - but if she still doesn't, I would try some C&F (cocky and funny) remarks like "Hey! this is not a good way to impress me - I know you want me - call me or miss the opportunity of a lifetime for more quality time with ME
." or try something that shows her in not a too apparent way that you have options beside of her and that you don't really need her.
