There this girl Ive liked for 8 years. She's one of my closest friends. She told me she used to like me in high school, but she had a boyfriend at the time. She ended up choosing the guy she was with so we stopped talking. But then after high school we ended up talking again. She had no boyfriend anymore so we went out and we made out all night and had fun together. Months later I told her i liked her but then she told me she didnt anymore and that she didnt want to ruin our friendship. So i asked then why make out with me? She replied because I just wanted to. I thought that maybe she didnt like me but she wanted to fool around with me no strings attached. So then i treated her like a girl Im just hooking up with. but then when other nights came I would always try to sex close or even at least take her to a spot where we would be laying down together or something. And she would always make an excuse not to go. Its like all she wanted to do for years with me is make out from time to time and have my friendship too. It was driving me INSANE! I cut her off and told her the way I felt and how confusing she was. I was tired of her little game so i moved on. we stopped talking again. Then months later she reconnects with me wanting my friendship again. By that time I already had other girls so i didnt care. I said yea sure we can be friends. She then would tell me strange things like, " I miss you. your the only person that ever made me really happy". I suckered into it and said "hey lets have a night out just us two like we did along time ago" she agreed and was excited and kept saying she wanted to be happy again. She was now flirting with me on the phone. I kept thinking maybe she changed her mind and i could get a sex close this time. So I couldn't wait! The girl i've been trying to fuck for years! Now, this night was last night. and once again it was an awesome night and we made out all night. and SHE was the one to start making out with ME. We would walk from bar to bar holding hands first. But then she wouldnt want to hold my hands sometimes. CONFUSING! but then finally we agreed to sleep in the woods under the stars and moonlight. I had blankets and a pillow in my trunk alllll ready. We headed to the place and layed down together. We made out a little more then I tried moving to the next step and she wouldnt let me!! I didnt understand. why start something you wont finish. why make out all night and say all these things to me. She then told me " I cant have sex with you. you know that. because it would ruin our friendship and bla bla bla". After that she made a few other bullshit excuses. I could tell she simply did not want to have sex with me. I didnt get it. I still dont get it. I never met a girl that actually does have one night stands with people but wont have sex with me, a dude shes known for years and knows that i actually like her and after having an amazing night, making out and feeling eachother, and being under the stars. Things were so perfect and she backed down. and the worst thing is on top of that as a last resort i told her I loved her. and she just stayed quiet or tried changing the subject. I just dug myself a deeper hole and came off as mad needy. Anyone know what I should do? |

It sounds like to me that she is just using you for emotional comfort. Im learning just as much as you are but i say at this point you went in to deep with the three most deadliest words. The only way I can see to climb out of that hole is to give her the opposite of what she wants, your attention. Talk to other women. The next time she calls you to set up a date, tell her you already have plans and by plans i mean a date. Make her want you, Have her crave you as much as you have for her. |

Maybe she has an STD or something and she is too shy to just tell you the truth. If she doesn't asking her about it might make her have sex with you just to prove that's not the case  In any case, you appear to be satisfying her by making out with her, and shes leaving you confused and frustrated. Excellent advice Seagull! Dude she is keeping you as a "friend", if you were kissing her and not pushing her to do more, then you failed yourself. You need to try and escalate while kissing, if she resist, slow down for a bit and then escalate again. I don't know about anyone else here, but the blue balls suck! A little tough love: Man the fuck up and either kick her to the curb or be her little "friend" who is always there for her! Peace... |
