Ok guys, there are a lot of virgins on this forum, including me, so i thought this topic could be great for us to ask you guys who are not virgins some things about sex.

Lately ive been reading some articles about lasting longer in the bed, so i am wondering what is the best way to last longer? What works well for you? Im afraid that first time im gonna have sex i cum too fast, so what should i do before the big FIRST TIME ?

Anyway, i think it would be good to clear something up. How long does real life sex lasts? I dont know much about it, i watched porn and never got the clear picture.

Do girls freak out or get pissed if you cum to fast? How much they expect from you to last? 10, 15, 20 min ?

Great question.

Dudes are under the illusion that sex lasts mighty long.

On average,sex last maybe around 10 minutes or less.

On average for me,it's around 12 minutes depending.

Women are not looking for men who can go 2 hours!!!

To last longer,there are some techniques for that(that I personally do).

1.)It's a mind thing.The more you think about how good the pussy feels or how nice her ass looks;you will cum prematurely.

So don't think about sex when your banging her.Think about school,cars,trees,whatever,but not sex.

Believe me,that is the #1 reason why men cum fast:they think about the action of sex while having sex.

Once your mind is away from that,you won't cum at all.

This reply will probably be harshly judged by many, but I'd suggest virgins to have at least a couple of drinks before having sex for the first time. It'll reduce the tension, the stress, and lower the chances of you ejaculating prematurely.

Anywhore, the real advice is to just go for it. I was so anxious about my first time that it actually took me 4 tries before really f-closing a girl. I didn't want the girl to think that I was awful, so I just didn't fuck the 3 first girls that wanted me to... Don't do the same thing.

As a matter of fact, it will probably be awful. But on the long term, it'll be more experience for you and that's what going to make you better at it.

Oh, and have fun! Don't take yourself seriously!

As you get older, this gets MUCH easier (in my opinion). I actually have total control at this point and can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Practice makes perfect. However, there are a few things younger people can do to last a bit longer. First, masturbate earlier in the day (or, alternately, have a girl go down on you for round 1 and then initiate sex with round two). The second time around it is much easier to last for awhile. Second, have a couple drinks (not TOO many). A little alcohol can dull the sensation a bit down there for guys, which makes it easier to last longer. Third, you can actually get performance enhancing condoms which will numb you a little so that you have more control. I used to use them when I was younger (durex: performax). Fourth, it's perfectly fine to pause for a minute right before you're going to finish. During this time you can switch positions and play with a girl's clit while you're inside her (they like that). This should give you some time to regroup.

Anyway, I hope some of that was helpful. As you get more practice there are certain techniques you can use to last indefinitely, but that stuff is more advanced and takes a lot of practice. The stuff I mentioned should be good for newbies.

Oh, and lastly, don't worry too much about how long you last. You can always go a round 2,3,4. The important thing is to have fun and enjoy yourself. Be dominant, switch positions, try new things, etc.

I think that before sex, during make out which leads to sex, i should go to the bathroom and jerk it off, and then come back continuing the foreplay and advancing towards sex while thinking about something else. Think this is a good technique.

I think you are over thinking the whole your going to cum way to fast thing. In my experience my first time didnt go very well. it was the lack of experience and nerves to be honest and when its your first time you expect sex to be this amazing thing (which it is when u gain experience of doing it) but it will almost let u down after uv dont it. ull be like "that was sex??". This i think is normal. Like wine it gets better with age and experience. Without the experience u dont know what to expect... and thus u start to fear what could happen AKA cuming soon, not making her cum, her not liking u bc of it..ect. MY best suggestion is to just go for it and let it happen... but for ur first time use LOTS OF 4 play. U will precum a good amount if u use a lot of 4 play... which will slow down your orgasm as well. I would also learn how to make a women orgaism. if u get her off she will LOVE u for it... and in turn want to make u happy and have sex with you.... reguarless of how good or bad it is.

Personally, I count the amount of strokes in my head (1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi...) until I get to 50 (for those who've seen Along Came Polly) and I take it as slowly as I need to. Once I hit 50, I've usually gotten used to the feel of things and I can pretty much do whatever I want, however fast I want. If she's not facing me I'll make like funny faces an stuff, it's fun for me and she's enjoying herself too :P
