Ok so i can apprach and open anyone but once i establish a connection, guys and girls see me as low value. As in, they see it as ok to diss me/ put me down (jokingly at first). I am conscious incompetent, so i can tell when these things happen (i know i over-analyse). The thing is i am in a new environment (university) and i am determined to change myself (at any cost). Initially i thought it was my lack of consumption of alcohol that was the problem, but now after getting drunk a few times, i have realised it is not that but just due to some reason i am perceived as low value by everyone of even a medium level of social status. Please guide me, as i am ready to change this at no matter what cost. i have considered going to a pua bootcamp, as i am fed up of being an afc. Any guidance` is appreciated, Shady |

If you view yourself as low value, everyone else will too. If you are caring to much about coning of as high value, you'll come off as low value. Bit of a paradox hey? I use to have a problem where I would get a joke directed at me, and I would think that I was getting singled out, and that i was special in some way, that I had lower value than the rest. I'm telling you, there's not special techniques to beat this, it's entirely in your head and how you view yourself. You need to be more stable in your reality, realize that nothing anyone says can change who you KNOW you are. |
