usually we just stare at each other and then i walk away and say i got to get to class, thanks for spending up all my time.
or she gets bored and i tell her my important fact was "today is monday (substitute for what ever day of the week it is).
umm and well that works for me.
but you have to act funny when using most of these.
and dont keep you voice monotoned.
