hey guys when i get a target over with the intention to F-close, i've found DVD's to be firstly a good 'scene setter', and secondly they offer a good opportunity to build rapport and run game in general. But WHAT kind of movie is best for doing this? When the target arrives i always hav a music DVD playing, this is better than music alone as it fills a.........er, could i say, 'sensory gap', as in it gives u both something to watch and then possibly talk about/comment on. It fosters a less threatening environment, and if the target begins to bore u, or is not being co-operative, u can use the vid as a freeze out and focus yr attention/interest on it. Music choice will depend on yr targets age/tastes as well as yr own (music choice must also be congruent with the image u project and the identity u adopt). Live concerts are by far the best, as the crowd enthusiasm can often be infectious. Right now my fave is a live eminem concert, this gives my place an upbeat ambience. I also hav a live Bob Marley concert, he's so outa it, this gives me a chance to elicit the targets attitude to smoking weed and using drugs in general. I also got a black eyed peas concert, but haven't watched it yet. Last nite i had a target over and was sorely tempted to put on Metallica live in Soul, but resisted LOL. Never put on my Niel Young heart of gold concert either (a classic). I tend to think music DVD's are the best, they have no real narrative and u should hav a better chance at doing what ur there for: to seduce and F-close her. anyone hav any other suggestions/input??? If u wanna watch a movie, u want something light and uplifting, if it's too serious things will crash. Ideally it should be interesting, but not so interesting that she will wanna watch it rather than interact with u. Last nite i watched Blues Brothers with a target, this is a classic, has everything. U can interact and then she can pick up the movie plot easily. rocky horror show is another good one. Ur on a winner if it has music, comedy and sexual undertones. also: -meet the fockers -duece bigalow -jackass 2 -40 year old virgin -austen powers If u do watch a narrative based movie just make sure yr traget doesn't get lost in it.....NOT to mention you!!!! cheers D M |
