Post subject:  Good Gym Routine(at least for me)

Field tested in 4 countries already. So I work out doing martial arts and there are some girls who pass by and I eventually know on the club. So when they are getting or leaving the club or just watching the training (in this case take cae about family bfs and so on) I simply walk to them completely firty I smile and sor of smell my self and make the happiest face in life. Than I get near to them, slow no hurry, and I smell their neck, don“t be gross yiu get the way, and I do a face like :p Sort *of you stink*, they get mostly immediately start to touch me and so on. This is a way Ive found to brake from the level like I have seen you before to the level hey I can mock and ply with you.

Dude that sounds really ineffective and creepy. Maybe it's all in the approach, but the only way i could imagine something like that working is fool's mate situation. I would advise against smelling a girl's hair and being as forward as you're describing. I'm almost tempted to call bullshit, but I like to try and see the best in people.

Seriously, I can't imagine that working, my gym has thousands of members, btu I still wouldn't try that routine. Maybe its all in the delivery. can you give us a detailed success story?

Big judo training around people from all the Europe and I really wanted to talk with this Dutch girl. So I did what is described upper, oh we had trained for like 3 hours I was a mess.

I've picked up a number of girls in the gym and it's really a great place for pickup.

All kinds of C+F works well there. U dont need any specific openers, just open with a question, like if its going well with her workout or something. After that u just use alot of CF, but remember to focus on the training and let her know that your workout is more important to u than she is. Keep one shoulder towards her as if you're going to leave soon (wich u are since u need to do another set)...

Then when she tries to talk to u while u are working out (because she will), bust her balls about how she is ruining your workout and how she is not serious about her training. After that, her number is practicaly in your pocket....

I agree not field tested,girls at the gym are already a their most vulnerable, they do not want to have their confidence crushed. If a girl wants to approach guys who carses, let them, that makes our role that much easier.

Ive found puffing yourself up like a gym-monkey and approaching the girls with something like "Yeah, what kinda steroids are YOU doin??" Gets a laugh and a smile. Of course, you have to be over the top with it so they don think you are serious.

especially if you dont actaully look like you are on a cycle. After that, just jump into a routine.

But those god damn headphones everyone wears at the gym!!!! Grrrrrr!!!!!
