DONT take a taxi, they cost like £20 for 10 min ride. take the Buses and Trains. you can get a rail saver. ALL girls speak english. when i go again:
friday nightgame, saturday daygame, saturday nightgame, sunday daygame would be perfect. thats enough, i stayed for 6 nights and that felt too much as stockhom is not that big so you can get round it in a few days.
you need £20-30 for a bus ticked which takes about an hour to get into stockholm but its an open ticked for 3 months. i recomend if your not tired to sit next to and or practice some game with some girls on the coach or its a boring ride especially if your going alone.
if you go alone set goals before you go, to do x number of approaches, or work on your sticking points as if you go alone it can be very hard to get motivated. better to go with one other person whos either natural up for chatting to girls or whos motivated with game.
