I'm a powerlifter (lift weights competitively lol). If I could bring it up, would it be a DHV to tell a women I'll be travelling to NY to compete (or would it be better to talk about past contests?)?

I'm pretty new to all this, not sure if this is a good idea?

Thanks in advance

virtually anything u tell a girl about ur outside life can be dhv if u express it in the right way. talk about the QUALITIES your powerlifting demonstrates (i.e hard training means your dedicated, disciplined etc) and also the FEELINGS you get from the activity. Eg, i do muay thai and compete to a good standard, so i talk about training trips in thailand (millions of funny ladyboy stories if nothing else, lol) and the BUZZ i get from competing in a ring infront of hundreds of people. work it into a funny story to get maximum effect, so talk about maybe the roadtrip on the way to a competition? some of the genetic freaks or steroid heads u see on road? i dunno but thats how i'd do it.

theres a great post on dhv on attractionforums (google) but i cant remember where i saw the link but if u can find it, its gold

Get on a machine before a girl does, and if you lift allot she will say something like damn thats allot of weight. Then she opens you up, unless your gym is filled with guys. This happens to me like everyday in the gym. haha for real not bragging I've been lifting heavy since like 14 years old. It works man trust me. Your a power lifter don't brag about it let the girls see that shit then smile and go into a routine, and then you've got a date. Then maybe some sex if you comfort build correctly.

it could go both ways you could come across as conceited or something so like Lao-p said... put it into a funny story and say what is so fun about what you do...

Yeah its a good idea as long as there's a story behind it.

You can maybe set it up by asking her what she's doing next weekend and hopefully she'll turn around and ask you the same thing. Then you can say you're going to a competition and the last time you had a competition it was off the chain because your boys got you VIP access to club xyz.

Its all in the delivery.
