Post subject:  Music Festival Routines

Hey I'm from England and I'm going to Leeds Fest, its a massive festival with 3 nights of music by great bands (Blink 182, Lost Prophets etc etc) and I was wondering if there's any festival/ music related routines that I could use. The music is on for 3 nights but I'm gunna be there for 5 so I figure there's a lot of nothing I'm going to be doing, why not practice :)

Let me know what you think guys, anything is helpful :)

ps I've posted a routines one in the openers section if you've got anything on that

Hey man!

I love going to Festivals I was at Glastonbury in July and had a brilliant time and like you I asked for advice on here.

Generally I would just enjoy myself and enjoy the environment because everyone is their to have fun and listen to the music! Chat to girls around you, look like you're having a good time, have a few drinks and to be honest you probably wont have to bring in much game as girls will want to chat with you anyway!

If you want openers I would generally keep it quite simple and natural, talk about the music, what bands people are going to see, where they are going after, where there camping blah blah.. and then just escalate from there. I always find disagreeing with girls about certain bands/artists can actually work in your favor because it shows you have your own opinion and if they try and convince you then just sell well maybe ile come along with you and see if I agree after. (Only if you're not seeing another band).

Maybe somebody else can come if we some witty openers though that would work well in a festival!

Enjoy Leeds!!

Hey ReversalUk!
Thanks man, I like "well maybe ile come along with you and see if I agree", i reckon it'll work like a charm! To be honest I reckon Leeds Fest isnt going to be the perfect place to do routines but its definately going to be a great place to approach loads of different HBs (is there an UK term for that because "babe" isnt used alot over here haha) :P

Maybe if I get a good set I'll try your suggestion :) I'll get back in touch afterwards and let you know how it goes, if not I'll probably field report the highlights of my experience there regarding PU.

Thanks again, man! :)
