Well, im not afraid of a little confrontation but I was usually the nice guy whenever a woman started talking about her ex-bf or whatever. So, I was talking with a girl today and she texted me out of the blue saying her ex was bothering her while she was at the water park. Normally, I'd go into a routine about "Your better than him" blah blah blah, but I decided to go a little Alpha when she said that and just simply said, "Really? Let me talk to him. I'll find out whats up." From one of Mystery's books I learned women arent fans of any kind of confrontation so, using that theory, I said this. Like magic, it broke her mean ex routine and she became almost apologetic for bothering me. Later on she went to say that it felt good that she had me to rely on. I never spoke with the guy, she never even entertained the idea of giving me his number. In the end, I got myself out of an ugly situation and looked good. I never drooled over her or the situation and played it pretty alpha and non-challant and got great results. Let me know what you guys think. I think it's a pretty good little trick to get out. Saying this doesn't imply your gonna bash his brains in but that you wont let anyone treat her with disrespect. Just dont push the issue, she'll turn it down and you leave it at that. Nothing else needs to be said. The only thing with this is that it's situational. If the boyfriend did something recently than this could work wonders. If she's harping on about a relationship from 6 months ago...well, I'll leave that one up to you fellas. |

Nicely done. I'm usually stuck in this same situation and this definitely sounds like a good way to get out of it without damaging your credibility or rapport with her. I'll remember this next time. Thanks man! |

Yeah great man, i've done exactly the same thing recently, but clumsier, and not quite as elegantly, this has definitely helped refine my technique so if the situation comes up again i'll be able to use it better, thanks man |
