i dont want to toot my own horn or anything but i would call myself fairly good looking, my game is down to scratch. But whenever i do a neg they are usually really afended, should i only try them on 10s or what because im pretty sure im doing them right but you never know.

Also i usually go for the easier option when picking up, the more attractive girls are always more difficult so i settle for second best. What are your ways of making sure to aim for the stars?

It doesn't matter if it's a good looking guy or not. However, what you should do is calibrate, and know how to execute these negs. negs are meant to be playfully backhanded compliments - which what you do somehow end as an insult - work on the delivery.

Work on both inner game and your outer game - you should treat a 10 and a 6 with the same mindset no matter what.

It's like in basketball, you shoot for 2, chances will be higher that you put it in. BUT if you practice from a 3 pointer a lot, you will end up improving your chances.

AIM HIGHER, a 10 is a 6 with a little attitude. so make her behave herself :)

p.s this shouldn't be in the Routines sections, it should be in the General Questions section.

I believe that mystery talked dbout this on YouTube. What he said was to go into a new topic RIGHT AFTER a neg.
Just say "your nose wiggles when you talk." then talk to her friend or use another opener topic. Make it suttle and don't give her time to call you an asshole.

He did say but also a problem could be that you are not being playful enough when you say it. I have all is videos and through out all the videos he stresses to be playful when you say negs.

From what I know, neg is meant for a girl that has a lot of confidence and had been approached alot. The higher her social intellegence and her exprience is, the higher her defenses are harder you should neg more. A neg should be said playfuly and in the right tone, maybe that's your problem or maybe because you are pretty girls don't care you are hitting on them

you should only neg if you 'believe' you are lower value then the girl.

if you are good looking, you should display confidence that you are same value.

I would recommend teasing vs negging. be playful and fun.

fun = highest attraction switch (in a nightclub at least).

Love the replies here. I just wanted to add to what these other people are saying, which I find is truly correct.
One issue that I wish to stress is that negging is not NECESSARY. I had a problem when I began sarging because I had a checklist that I negged when I did not need to and then the girl was offended. As someone else said, negs should only be used on HB9/HB10 because they get approached more often. BUT if you feel that they are not as self-confident as they should be, a neg would only be damaging and should not be utilized. Now, for the princesses, neg them till they feel like you are different from the rest. Of course, make it very playful so that she notices that you are not insulting her; she will think that you are among those few real men that say things even if it has the potential to be hurtful. Being fun and interesting will make the neg powerful because she will see it as if you are desirable.
I neg very seldomly, unless they think that they are real bad-a**. I even neg less any female that is HB8 or less. Once given to the female, they should be able to say wow this guy just insulted me in such a playful way that it is not an insult, and this is different, he is interesting and different. IF you are good looking and have so much to offer her, then you are bad-a** too-> so you are on equal lvls. Just make her notice that through other means (voice tone, body language, interesting things, etc). A playful neg placed at the right time can be so good. But make sure to go past the neg asap. You do not want to linger there at all!
